- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst hospital/ER I have ever been in. Everyone was unfreindly and the Dr acted like he disapproved of his own career choice. Horrible people work at this place. You are better off going to San Antonio or your local vet to get fixed up. Seriously!February 22, 2017by Joel Barlow
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Poole was a horrible experience. We have been there 2x before with my daughter and my mother both times the Dr attending the ER were great this time we took my husband in for a staph infection Dr Poole was only in the room for less than 2 min my husband had to pull off his own bandage. He looked at it and said well buddy there is nothing we can do you just have to wait it out. I think what really upset us was his inability to calm our worries instead making them worse. He kept repeating himself walked out still talking and we never saw him again... The RN was great very helpful and actually was the one that answered all of our questions and put us at ease. Next time I need an ER I'm going to have to ask if DR Poole is there if he is I will be driving to San antonio!January 20, 2017by Jaine Foegelle
